This website does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. Our host, Vercel, records anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics that do not identify individual visitors.
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to you about buying, selling, or relocating in the South Carolina Lowcountry. If you ask for a home valuation, we use the property details you give us to prepare it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we do not share your details with third-party advertisers.
By submitting a form you are asking us to contact you, and you consent to us replying by email, phone, or text message using the details you provided. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing or calling us using the details below — we will honour that immediately.

Enquiries stay in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them to serve you. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless a real estate transaction record must be retained under South Carolina law.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
